The Franciacorta Riserva “La Casella” was born in 2015 as a tribute to a historic vineyard, witness since 1985 of the unique terroir and production tradition. This wine best expresses the Chardonnay, with a zero dosage that enhances the territory and tells the story of the producers.

Obtained from Chardonnay grapes grown on a moraine soil and coming from a vineyard of 40 years. This wine has been resting on the yeasts for at least 72 months, developing a unique character.

Franciacorta Blanc de Noir 2021

Obtained from soft pressing of 100% Pinot Noir whole grapes. The first fermentation takes place in thermo-conditioned steel tanks. Stay on the yeasts for a minimum of 30 months.

It has an intense and changing nose accompanied by a powerful, enveloping, almost textural sip. The savory and persistent finish gives us an unexpected complexity.
